The Proper Fitness Schedule
Am I alone on this or do you guys also find that most these exercise and fitness programs seem to promise the world and deliver very little?
Right now, I feel like a bit of a looser for buying and signing up to all these different fitness products, in the hope that my butt or my abs or my body in general will tone down and change shape.
There is one thing I’ve realized for sure is that these people selling this stuff are a lot more clever that us because they keep getting away with selling them.
